6 small potatoes, peeled, cut into 4 cm pieces
3 boiled beets and sliced
2 pack goody tuna in sunflower oil, colander
1 tbsp goody mustard
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tsp salt or to taste
1 tsp crushed black pepper or as the desire
Boil potatoes in high heat for 10-15 minutes until cooked. Leave to cool completely.
Put the tuna in a bowl, then mash the potatoes, beets and parsley.
3. In a small bowl, mix mustard with vinegar, salt and pepper, stirring until the ingredients are homogeneous.
Add the marinade to the tuna and potato mixture, stir and serve.
