Ice cream is a type of frozen desserts adored by children and adults all over the world. No doubt that it has found its way into our hearts with its delicious flavors and attractive colors. We love to eat it in the summer as its frozen texture gives us a boost and helps us beat the hot temperature. But have you ever wondered how many types of ice cream are there? There’s ice cream, gelato and sorbet and each kind is different in a certain way.
Ice Cream:
•Made of milk, cream and sugar
•Has more fats
•It has to be frozen to hold together

•Made of less milk, cream and sugar than ice cream, so the fat percentage is no more than 5%
•It’s less cold and is not served completely frozen
•The flavor and taste are stronger as there’s less fat

•A frozen juice made of water, sugar and the fruit pulp. No milk or cream is added
•Easily prepared at home from natural juices
•Water is the main ingredient
