How to balance time between worshiping and cooking during Ramadan?

No doubt that you dedicate a lot of your precious time to the kitchen, especially during Iftar and Suhoor. But don’t consider those times wasted. Instead, your time in the kitchen can turn into an act of worship that Allah SWT will reward you for. Check the following tips that will help you use your time wisely in Ramadan.
1.It’s essential to make a weekly schedule in Ramadan in which you determine the recipes you are going to prepare, especially when inviting family or friends. Don’t forget to allocate some time for worship, family, visits, and charity.
2.Try to avoid TV programs and series because they would distract you from your duties towards your God and your family.
3.Plan your day a night ahead by picking 3 goals to achieve the next day. Write down those goals on your notebook or your to-do list.
4.To maintain good health and vigor, make sure you sleep regularly. Don’t forget to take a nap after Asr.
