Usually a working woman does not have enough time to prepare lunch or dinner for her family, so she may resort to storing foods to save more time and speed up the preparation process. 1.Make sure to write the date of storing, this will help you keep track of how fresh the food can last
2.Let the cooked food cool well, then store it on the same day as it was prepared to keep the flavor.
3.Divide the food in suitable containers so that food is not exposed to bacteria due to constant heating.
4.Boil vegetables for 5 minutes then store after cooling in containers, but be careful there are some vegetables that cannot be stored, such as crunchy vegetables as cucumbers.
5.Cut fruits into slices or mash it before storage.

7.Put the fish after cutting in water to form an icy layer.
8.Pasta and pastry must be completely cooked, and pastries should be stuffed and wrapped to be ready for baking.
