We will continue what we talked about concerning the origins of some dishes that we think we can tell where they’re from, but to our surprise, they turn to be from somewhere else. For example, beef stroganov is very popular in a lot of Mexican dishes, especially fajita, but it’s originally a famous Russian dish made of fried beef and served with a special paste or sauce. Also, there’s the famous “ChimiChanga” that’s made of fried burrito and is known for being Mexican. However, it is originated in America. Likewise, there’s the cordon blue which is thought to be French because of its name, which means “the blue tie,” but it was made for the first time in America in 1967.
