In Summer, Charge Your Body with Water

  It gets really hot in the summer, so we resort to staying in air-conditioned rooms to fight the heat, but this makes us forget our need to drink plenty of water; thus, we become very dehydrated. Here are some tips to avoid that:
1.Drink 2 liters of water a day at least.
2.Drink hot water instead of tea and coffee.
3.Make sure you drink pure water and don’t leave the plastic bottles in hot places, so that the water wouldn’t react to the chemicals in the plastic. If it does, a very dangerous substance called dioxin, which is toxic and harmful for the body, is emitted.
4.If you work out or spend time on the beach with you your family, drink a lot of water in addition to your two-liter daily portion.
