Water has many benefits so we must keep drinking and in sufficient quantities during the day and encourage family members to do so.
To encourage your family members to drink the necessary amount of water for their bodies; we suggest you add flavors to the water to encourage them to drink.
We will provide you with some suggestions for preparing flavored water
Apple and cinnamon water
1½ liter water
1 Apple cut into thin slices
1 Cinnamon sticks
Add ingredients to the water and then add the ice cubes and leave it in the refrigerator for about an hour. You can increase the amount of apples or cinnamon if you prefer a stronger taste, you can have this drink throughout the day.
Red berries water
1 liter of water
½ cup Red berries
½ Grapefruit, sliced
1 Cucumber sliced
½ cup fresh mint leaves
Add all the ingredients to the water and leave the drink in the fridge for two hours for flavors to mix.
Tip: You can add other kinds of berries and lemon slices
