Take time before Ramadan and prepare some dishes that takes a long time to do and freeze them to save time once u need it during Ramadan, such as kebabs, sambousas, grape leaves, chopped meat and different pastry fillings and freeze it till needed. 
You can also prepare some ingredients such as chopping garlic, chopped onions and and keeping them in the freezing container to make it easy to get them out and be ready in minutes to use.
