1.The ten minutes dough by Goody Star Afnan Mahfoudh
(using cups and standard spoons)
Ingredients (A):
¼  sugar cup
2 tablespoons yeast
2 cups of warm water
½ teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons Velor milk powder
2 flour cups
Ingredients (B):
3 flour cups
½ oil cup
Preparation:
1.Beat the ingredients (A) in the mixer using a hand beater until you get liquid dough with no lumps. Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.
2.Add the ingredients (B) to the dough and keep kneading it with the kneading machine until the dough is smooth and not sticky. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
    This easy dough can be used in all kinds of pastries and pies, be it sweet or sour. Bon appetite and have a blessed Ramadan.


2.    The Golden Oats Dough presented by Goody Star Salma Al-Maimani
Preparation: 
2 cups of white flour
½ cup of grinded oats or wheat germ
1 yogurt cup
¼ cup of vegetable oil
½ cup of liquid warm milk
2 tablespoons of sugar
A pinch of salt
Preparation: 
1.Mix the dry ingredients. Add the yogurt, milk and oil and keep kneading. You can add some milk if needed. Let the dough rest. Roll out the dough and shape it according to the recipe: pies, pizza, spinach rolls or cinnabon.  


3.Egg whites dough presented by Goody Star Samirah Al-Harazi
Preparation:
Liquid ingredients: 
2 egg whites
1 cup of liquid milk
1 cup of water
1 cup of oil
1 yogurt cup
Solid ingredients (to be added to the liquid mix)
4 ½ flour cups
3 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of yeast
1 teaspoon of salt
Preparation:
1.    Mix the solid ingredients well in the dough machine. Knead well until the dough is smooth. Cover the dough and let it rest in a warm place for 30 minutes.
2    Shape the dough according to the recipe: pizza, croissant, tuna cones, spinach and cheese pies.
