Pasta Al Dente, crude or perfect?

There’s a spaghettini-thin line between undercooked and al dente pasta. Add lots of water for the pasta to breathe, stir for the first 30 seconds then every 3 minutes to prevent sticking. Take your pasta out a minute before the indicated cooking time if it’s going straight into warm sauce.
