Drying herbs aims to preserve them as long as possible while maintaining their flavor, color and smell. Follow one of the below methods for best drying practices:
1.start by washing and cleaning them well. Then place them on dry paper "thick dry wipes" till they dry. Finally, keep them in a dry glass jar and store them in a dry and cool place.
2.Freezing the herbs: after washing them and drying them well, put the herbs in special bags and write the name of each type on the bag. You can also, place the herbs in ice molds with a little olive oil or butter, and then store them in the freezer.
