In a deep bowl, boil the milk over the heat, adding the starch gradually until it thickness.Add the cheese over the milk in the same bowl, stir over low heat until the ingredients are incorporated then add the sugar; turn off the heat while continuing to stir the ingredients well at its temperature.
In the serving cups, put the ground tea biscuits as a base then add a layer of the mixture then the biscuit layer and then the mixture layer. Garnish it by sprinkling the ground pistachio nuts and the Arabian syrup, serve cool.
