Chicken Tortilla



  • 1 cup of boiled chicken, cut into small cubes
  • 1 tsp Goody Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Garlic Clove, minced
  • 1 tsp Goody Mustard



  • 1 tbsp of Goody Vegetable Shortening
  • 1 tsp Goody Mustard
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 Garlic Clove, minced
  • ½ cup of chopped Onions
  • ½ cup of chopped Bell Pepper
  • 1 whole Red Chili Pepper, chopped
  • 1 whole Carrot, grated
  • 1 pack Goody White Pasta Sauce – Alfredo
  • 1 spoon of Velor Powder Milk dissolved in ¼ cup of water
  • A dash of Mixed Spices / Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 White Flour Tortilla
  • Fried Potatoes (To Taste)


    1. Season the chicken cubes with the dressing ingredients and leave them for a couple of hours.
    2. Place the seasoned chicken cubes in a pot over medium heat; stir slightly and add all the sauce ingredients except the Alfredo sauce and the milk; stir the mixture for 5 minutes, then add the Alfredo sauce and the milk; leave them on the heat for another 5 minutes.
    3. Grease the oven sheet with a little shortening, then place the flour tortilla. Put a layer of fried potatoes and spread the chicken over it; close the edges (you can use a little water and flour to close it completely). Bake in the oven for 15 minutes; flip it on the other side and bake for another 10 minutes. Take it out of the oven and serve hot.
