1 spoon of Velor Powder Milk dissolved in ¼ cup of water
A dash of Mixed Spices / Salt and pepper to taste
4 White Flour Tortilla
Fried Potatoes (To Taste)
Season the chicken cubes with the dressing ingredients and leave them for a couple of hours.
Place the seasoned chicken cubes in a pot over medium heat; stir slightly and add all the sauce ingredients except the Alfredo sauce and the milk; stir the mixture for 5 minutes, then add the Alfredo sauce and the milk; leave them on the heat for another 5 minutes.
Grease the oven sheet with a little shortening, then place the flour tortilla. Put a layer of fried potatoes and spread the chicken over it; close the edges (you can use a little water and flour to close it completely). Bake in the oven for 15 minutes; flip it on the other side and bake for another 10 minutes. Take it out of the oven and serve hot.
