How to prepare the mini croissant:Take a piece of the dough then spread it with a rolling pin into a large pie then cut it into small triangles, put a piece of white cheese in each triangle, roll each triangle starting from the large part of the triangle to the small part, put them in the oven baking sheet and grease the tops of the croissants with an egg yolk whisked with black pepper then sprinkle on top of the croissants the nigella sativa for garnishing, place them in the oven for 15 minutes until they are done or their tops are browned.
  6. How to prepare the cheese pie:Take a piece of dough then spread it with the rolling pin into a circular pie, put the white cheese on half of the pie then cut several parallel lines lengthwise on the other half using a knife, seal the pie and grease it with the egg yolk whisked with black pepper, then sprinkle on top of the pie the nigella sativa for garnishing, place it in the oven for 15 minutes until it is done or its top is browned.
