Ingredients

  • 4 loaves French bread
  • 100 grams butter, at room temperature
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 4 tbsp Cinnamon powder
  • 6 tbsp Brown sugar

For the white cream:

  • 1 can Velor Sweet Condensed Milk
  • 4 squares cream cheese

For the chocolate sauce: 

Use the store bought sauce (or mix ¼ cup butter-1/3 cup coco powder, 1 can Velor Sweet Condensed Milk)


Direction

For the cream:
Mix the sweet condensed milk with the 4 pieces of cream cheese. Set aside.

For the chocolate sauce: 

  1. Mix all ingredients well.
  2. Cut each loaf lengthwise and crosswise, making sure not to cut through the bread.
  3. Mix the butter with sugar well. Using a brush, brush the butter into the cuts in the bread. Sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar. Bake in a medium heat oven until hot and slightly golden.
  4. Take out and pour over white cream. Drizzle with chocolate sauce and serve.
