Ingredients

  • Tofu:
  • 2 pcks Velor milk, sweetened and condensed
  • Dough:
  • 1 ¾ cup of Butter at room temperature
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ Cup powder sugar
  • 2 Cups of flour, sifted
  • ½ Cup of starch
  • 1 tsp baking powder


Direction

  1. Prepare the tofu by heating two packages of Velor sweet condensed milk for 45 minutes in a pressure cooker, leave to cool.
  2. To make the dough, beat the butter slightly in a bowl, add the vanilla and eggs while continuing to beat them well then add the powder sugar, whisk the mixture well.
  3. In a deep bowl, put the flour, starch and baking powder then add them to the butter mixture, knead until the dough becomes coherent.Make small balls from the dough then put them in the hickory baking machine.When it’s done, remove them from the baking machine, stuff them with tofu then serve
