Spread spring roll sheet, add once spoon of peanut butter and spread evenly on to sheet. Roll the sheet into a finer-shaped roll and seal edges with flour mixture.
In a pan, add oil and heat. Then fry the spring roll fingers till golden.
Remove the rolls from oil and place in a dish filled with the syrup, let it sit to absorb the syrup. Strain the rolls from the syrup.
Place the rolls in rows in a serving dish, add the chocolate sauce and pistachios and serve.
