For the Mushroom Quiche:

- ½ cup Goody Sliced Mushrooms, drained
- ½ cup freshly grated Cheddar cheese
- ½ cup fresh Spinach, chopped

For the Beans Quiche:
- 6 Eggs
- ½ cup Goody Red Kidney Beans, rinsed and drained
- ½ cups freshly grated Red Cheddar cheese
- ½ cup tomatoes, diced
- ¼ cup Red onion, diced
- Salt and Pepper to taste
For the Corn Quiche:
- 6 Eggs
- ½ cup Goody Corn, drained
- ½ cup tomatoes, diced
- ¼ cup spring onions, diced
- ½ cups freshly grated Cheddar cheese
- ½ cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- Salt and Pepper to taste
