Heat the oven at 200o
Mix the filling ingredients and set it aside.
Mix the eggs, mayonnaise, Velor cream, salt and black pepper in an electric mixer, and set it aside.
Put half the amount of toast in a medium-sized oven sheet; then grease the toast with a little mayonnaise and spread the tuna and corn mixture evenly over the toast. Afterwards, put the remaining amount of toast; then pour all the egg and mayonnaise mixture over the top. Garnish with
mozzarella cheese; then place the sheet in the oven for 20 minutes until browned, and then serve.
