3 cups of Flour
4 tbsps of Velor Powder Milk dissolved in 1 ¼ cup of Warm Water
1 tbsp of Yeast
1 tsp of Sugar
1 tsp of Sea Salt
5 tsp of Olive Oil
For Greasing the Topping:
6 tsp of Olive Oil
Dash of Sea Salt
Dash of Rosemary
Dash of Paprika
1 tsp garlic, crushed
Vita Cheese, Kalamata Olives, Grated Cheddar Cheese
- Place all the dough ingredients in the electronic kneader, and knead for 15 – 20 minutes until the mixture becomes a soft, sticky dough.Place the dough on a floured surface; knead with your hands until it is incorporated, and then place the dough in a deep bowl greased with oil. Cover the dough with nylon paper to ferment for an hour.
- Heat the oven 30 minutes before baking at 420 degrees.
- After fermenting the dough, roll it out in a circular or oval shape on a baking sheet without edges, and then sprinkle the vita cheese and olives. Afterwards, grease the top with the garlic and olive oil mix, and then leave the dough to rest for 10 minutes. Bake it for 12-15 minutes and then lightly brown it from the upper heat.Take it out of the oven and let it cool; and then cut it into equal pieces.
