For lovers of patties and pastries, enjoy preparing the Hot Tuna Patties with a different taste
2 cans of Light Tuna with Hot Pepper, drained
1 Hot Red Pepper, minced
3 Garlic Cloves, mashed
¼ tsp Ginger Powder
2 Green Onions, sliced
1 Tbsp of Green Coriander, minced
1 Tbsp Fish Sauce
2 Eggs, whisked well
1 small pack of Goody Whole Kernel Golden Corn
1 tsp Goody Hot Sauce
2 Tbsps Vegetable Oil for frying
Coriander Sauce Ingredients:
1 tsp of Sugar
1 spoon of Lemon Juice
3 tsps Fish Sauce
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp Green Coriander, minced
1. In a deep bowl, put the tuna, pepper, garlic, ginger, onions, coriander and fish sauce; stir the ingredients and then add the whisked eggs, corn and hot sauce; stir the ingredients well with your hands. Afterwards, take a handful amount of the tuna mixture, and shape them into 5 cm diameter balls and then press them to form patties (Do not press the balls too much, but shape them gently so that the ingredients will not stick a lot; the goal is to make light patties and not thick ones).
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat, and then fry the tuna patties for 4 – 5 minutes on each side until the turn golden. You must be careful when you flip the patties because it might still have a light consistency).
2. Mix well the coriander sauce ingredients, and then place them in the serving bowl beside the hot tuna patties.
