4 medium potatoes
½ cup Goody Mayo
1 can Goody Red kidney beans
1 can Goody Corn
3 green onions
¼ cup olive oil 
1 tbsp unsalted butter 
3 Garlic cloves


1.Put the potato on a Chinese chopsticks or wooden spoon and cut thinly till you hit the spoon or the chopsticks. Put in an ice bath for 10 min
2.In a hot pan pour olive oil, butter and garlic cloves for 3-4 minutes. Let cool off the stove for 5 min
3.Brush the potatoes with the oil and garlic mixture and arrange it on a baking pan.
4.In a 220 degrees preheated oven put the potatoes for 40 minutes 
5.Then put in a plate garnish with the rest of the ingredients as desire
