Grilled Beef Burger:
1 kg of Ground Beef
1 Tbsp. of Goody Ketchup
2 Tbsps. of Goody Mustard
2 tsps. of Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsps. of Onion Powder
2 tsps. of Garlic Powder
1 tsp of Salt and Black Pepper
8 Burger Buns
Goody Flavor BBQ sauce. 

 Chicken Burger:
4 chicken breasts
Salt and pepper
4 slices cheddar Cheese 
1 whole red onion sliced thinly
1 tomato sliced thinly
4-5 leaves lettuce green leaf or romaine
4 burger buns whole wheat or white
Goody flavor BBQ sauce


Grilled Beef Burger:
1.    In a deep bowl, place all the ingredients together except for the buns; mix them well until they become homogenous.
2.    Divide the burger meat into 1-inch thick burgers.
3.    Using the griddle, start with grilling the burgers and leave them for 5 minutes on each side to be grilled.
4.    Move the burgers to a warm side of the griddle and leave them to be cooked for 6 to 7 minutes until the internal temperature of the burger becomes 74º C. You can measure it using a food thermometer.
5.    Place the cheese you want on top of the burger and prepare your sandwich in the way and sauce you want form goody Flavor station sauces. We recommend (BBQ & Classic sauce)

 Chicken Burger:
1.    Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place on hot grill or cast iron skillet. Cook for 5-6 minutes, then flips. If there's room, add onion slices to grill and grill for about 5-6 minutes. 
2.    Cook 2nd side of chicken for 5-6 minutes. Check doneness after 10-12 total minutes by checking internal temperature with a thermometer or by slicing breast in half. Center should not be pink. 
3.    Add cheese. Cover until ready to serve. Set out condiments, toast buns if desired, and enjoy!
