Ingredients

3 Burger Patties
3 Burger Buns
For the classic:
1 slice Cheddar Cheese
2 tbsp Goody Burger Sauce
2 slices Onion
1 slice Lettuce
1 slice tomato
For the Tex-Mex:
1 Slice Pepper Jack Cheese
2 tbsp Goody Mayonnaise
½ tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp Jalapeno Peppers
1 slice tomato
1 slice Lettuce
For the Arabic:
½ cup Goody chickpeas
2 tablespoons Tahini
1 lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
4 Arugula leaves

Method

1.For the classic: Cook Burger for 5 minutes on each side, then add Cheddar cheese slice and leave until it melts. Spread the burger sauce onto the insides of the buns. Put burger in the bun, and top with onion, lettuce and tomato to serve.
2.For the Tex-Mex: Cook Burger for 5 minutes on each side, then add pepper jack cheese slice and leave until it melts. In a small mixing bowl, mix the mayo and the Cajun seasoning. Spread the Cajun mayo onto the insides of the buns. Put burger in the bun, and top with Jalapeno peppers, lettuce and tomato to serve.
3.For the Arabic: In a kitchen machine, add the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, salt and pepper and blend. Cook Burger for 5 minutes on each side. Spread the burger sauce onto the insides of the buns. Add the Arugula leaves on the bottom then put burger in the bun and serve.
