1 cup of Goody corn, strainer of 

tuna corn: 
cup of 1 pack Goody cup in the salt solution, cup cup green onions, minced 
cup cup ground turkey pepper, chopped 
cup cup goody mayonnaise  
1 lemon juice 
salt and pepper to season

Italian corn salad: 
1 cup cherry tomatoes 
1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubes 
cup cup fresh basil, minced 
cup cup Italian goody sauce

Salad of Mexican corn: 
1 pack of red beans Goody 
cup cup red onions, minced 
1 avocado, medium pieces 
1 tomatoes, medium pieces 
1 tbsp lemon juice 
spoon teaspoon cumin 
salt and black pepper to taste


1. Tuna: In a large mixing bowl, add 1 can of corn, add tuna, spring onions, colored peppers. Mayo, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix until well combined, serve.

2. Italian: In a large mixing bowl mix, add the corn, top with cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, and Italian dressing. Mix until well combined, serve.


3. Mexican: In a large mixing bowl, add the corn, top with red kidney beans, red onions, avocado, tomato, lemon juice, cumin, salt and pepper and mix until well combined, serve.
