Method

Hazelnut Iced Coffee with Ice-cream:
1.    Using an electric blender, add all the coffee ingredients and mix them well.
2.    In a serving glass, place the ice-cream and a little crushed hazelnuts, and sprinkle the cocoa powder.

Raspberry Iced Coffee:
1.    Using electric blender, add all the coffee ingredients, and mix well.
2.    In the serving glass, pour the mix and garnish with cream, berries and mint.

S’Mores Iced Coffee:
1.    Using the electric blender, add all the coffee ingredients, and mix them well.
2.    In the serving glass, put a few biscuit crumbs; and at the glass’s edges, put a little of the chocolate sauce. Afterwards, pour the mixture and garnish with cream, biscuits, chocolate sauce, and marshmallow.

Caramel Banana Coffee with Caramelized Pecans:
1.    Using the electric blender, add all the coffee ingredients, and mix them well.
2.    In the serving glass, pour the mixture and garnish with cream, caramel sauce, chocolate, and caramelized pecans.
How to Caramelize the Pecans:
4.    In a pot over the heat, place the pecans until they are heated, then add the brown sugar; and stir until the sugar melts and starts to caramelize.
5.    Take the pecans off the heat, and place them in a dish while they are still hot. Coat with a little oil to prevent them from sticking to each other; and leave them to cool. Crush them and serve with the coffee.
