Ingredients

1 pack Goody Pasta Sedani

3 tbsp olive oil

6 large Garlic cloves, finely minced

½ tsp red pepper, finely chopped

2 cans Goody tuna in olive oil

½ cup Kalamata olives, deseeded and minced

2 Cans Goody peeled and chopped tomatoes

Sprinkles of parsley, chopped

Coarse salt and black pepper to taste

Method

  1. Boil pasta in salted boiling water for 5 minutes half way (a little soft but still firm). Drain, and keep about 2 cups of the Pasta water.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, garlic and red pepper, stirring for a minute. Add the tuna, olives and mix for another minute. Add tomatoes with juice and mix. Add the parsley and black pepper, and then leave on low heat for 5 minutes. Add the past water for sauce. Add the pasta, stir until the sauce overspread. serve.
