4 fish fillets 
For batter:
2 cups lemon soda 
½1 cup flour 
Salt & pepper to taste 
1 tsp baking soda 
1 tbsp turmeric 
Oil for deep frying 
4 potatoes, thick fingers
For tartar sauce:
4 tbsp radish 
7 tbsp Goody mayonnaise 
Salt and pepper 
Lemon slices for garnishing


1.A day or more before preparing the dish, fry potato fingers in 120º oil till tinder but not brown. place on absorbant paper. Store in airtight container, freeze. On preparation day, Thaw for 10 minutes. Fry in 180º oil till golden. 
2.Place on absorbant paper. 
3.In a bowl, combine flour, seasoning and turmeric. Add soda, beat till smooth. Add baking soda, mix.
4.In a bowl, combine some flour and salt. Wash fish and pat dry. Cover in flour on both sides. Dip each piece in batter. Fry in hot oil till golden on both sides.
For tartar sauce: 
•in a bowl, combine radish, mayonnaise and seasoning, mix. 
•On a serving plate, tower potato chips. Place fillets on the side. Fill small glasses with tartar sauce. Garnish with lemon slices.
