2 cans Velor cream
Water
1 cups sugar
100gbaking chocolate, chopped
¼ cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
1.In a pan, combine cream, sugar and cream cans filled water. Stir till sugar dissolved and heated through. Add chocolate gradually, stirring well after each addition till melted. Add vanilla, stir. Increase fire and stir constantly, to avoid burning, till thickened. Add butter, stir till melted.
2.Meanwhile, heat fondue pot at a low flame. Pour chocolate in fondue pot. Serve with preferred fruits.
