2 cups of shredded lettuce 
1 cup of cucumber, peeled and cut into cubes
Half cup of cherry tomato cut into halves
Quarter cup of chopped almonds 
Quarter cup of shredded parmesan cheese 
Quarter cup of sliced black olives
For dressing:
2 tbsps sesame oil
2 tbsps of Goody Cider vinegar 
Salt& pepper to taste 
1 tbsps of sesame seeds 


1.    In a bowl mix all veggies and chopped almonds then set aside.
2.    In a small bowl mix sesame oil, seeds, salt, pepper& Goody Cider vinegar
3.    Stir in dressing with veggies and serve
