For Groats:
2 cups Groats
6 cups Velor powder milk dissolved into 10 cups (2 liter) of water
1 cube Goody chicken broth
1 small onion, chopped
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp vegetable oil
For the Gursan Layer:
4 loaves Rugag Bread
1 14 k chicken
1 large onion, chopped
1 packet Goody mixed vegetables
1 can Goody sweet corn
½ can Goody sieved tomatoes
2 tbsp vegetable oil
4 pc onion, sliced
14 tsp black lemon powder
½ tsp mixed black pepper
14 tsp mixed spices
2 cubes Goody chicken broth
4 cups boiled rice


1.In a pan, heat the oil, add the chopped onion and finely stir until it softens. Add cumin, salt, pepper and Groats, stir finely. Add milk and broth cubes. Leave it to boil over medium heat. Lower heat when boiling, then let the Groats tenders for around 3 hours or until the liquids are fully absorbed.
2.In a deep pan, melt a tablespoon of oil; add chopped onion, then chicken and spices. Add sauce; leave the mixture to cook for 15 min.
3. Add 1 12 liter of water, broth cube and vegetables; leave it to cook for 10 more minutes.
4.Stir the sliced onion in a tbsp of oil until browned.
5.In a serving dish, pour a layer of the cooked cereal.
6.Place the bread on the Groats, and then wet it with broth and vegetables.
7.Finally put the rice, pour some broth over it, then add the chicken and fried onions, and serve.
