A delicious recipe for children, family members and friends
3 tbsp Velor powder milk
1 cup of water
1 tbsp sahlab
1 tsp ground Mastic
12 tbsp blossom water
1 12 cup of whipped cream
1 can Velor sweet condensed milk
1/4 cup of ground pistachios
1. Mix the first 4 ingredients in the blender, then put them in a pan over medium heat and stir constantly till it thickens, add blossom water and stir well then remove from heat and let it to slightly cool.
2. In a cake beater, whisk the cream then begin to pour Velor condensed milk add sahlab mixture and whisk well till it thickens. Mix pistachio with a spoon not the blender and pour the mixture in plastic bowl then cover and refrigerate for 3 hours. In the meantime, stir the mixture in the plastic bowl every half an hour. After the 3 hours end, divide the mixture in serving bowls (about 6 to 8), then cover and refrigerate at least for 6 hours.Garnish with ground pistachio and serve.
