Ingredients

1 pack of Goody Spaghetti
1 can of Goody Light Tuna with Chili Pepper, drained
2 tbsp of Olive Oil
1 whole medium Red Pepper, sliced
1 whole medium Yellow Pepper, sliced
1 whole medium Green Pepper, sliced
1 whole medium Chili Pepper, sliced
1 whole medium Onion, sliced
½ cup of Broccoli, chopped into small pieces
2 whole Green Onions, finely sliced for garnish
Sauce:
1 Goody Chicken Stock Cube, dissolved in 1 cup of Water
1/3 cup of Goody Cider Vinegar
¼ cup of Honey
2 tbsp of Olive Oil
1/3 cup of Soy Sauce
 

Method

  1. Boil the spaghetti according to the instructions on the pack, then place it in a large skillet and leave it aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a large pot over high heat; afterwards, fry each type of vegetable separately for 5 minutes.
  3. Mix well all the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Add the fried vegetables and the sauce to the spaghetti and stir over the heat for a couple of minutes, then add the tuna to the rest of the ingredients and stir well.
  5. Place in the serving bowl, then garnish with green onions and serve hot.
