Fish Fillet Pieces
1 spoon of Goody Natural Sugar Cane Vinegar
2 spoons of Sunflower Oil
2 whole Green Onions, sliced
2 cups of Carrots, cut into long slices
¼ spoon of Ginger
2 bunches of Green Coriander
1 ½ spoon of Soy Sauce
1/8 tsp Sugar
1/8 tsp Salt
Fish Marinade:
A dash of Paprika
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
1 spoon of Sunflower Oil


1.Season the fish with paprika, salt and pepper. Heat the oil over medium heat and fry the fish in the oil for 2 – 3 minutes on each side, then leave it aside.
2.In a pot over medium heat, heat the oil and add the green onions, carrot slices and ginger. Stir the mixture until it is cooked, then add the soy sauce, sugar and salt; stir the mixture slightly over medium heat until it is incorporated. Put the fish pieces in the serving bowl; top it with the vegetables and soy sauce mixture and serve.
