Baked Egg Cups
Enjoy the baked egg cups recipe with mushrooms and cheddar cheese. You can garnish the cups with sausages.
2 – 3 spoons of Butter
¼ cup of Cheddar Cheese
6 pieces of Whole Wheat Toast
4 spoons of Goody Mushrooms Pieces and Stems
6 whole Eggs
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Heat the oven at a high temperature.
- Grease 6-cup muffin pan with butter; roll out each toast piece and cut it into a circular shape using a round cutter. Afterwards, place the round toast pieces in the cups, with the addition of cheese and mushroom inside each toast piece. Break an egg in each cup and sprinkle the salt and black pepper.Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until the eggs are cooked. Serve warm.
* You can add the sausages to the mixture before the toast or use it for garnishing.
