3 cups of flour, sifted
1 Tbsp Sugar
½ tsp Salt
4 tsps Baking Powder
¾ cup of Butter, cold
3 spoons of Velor Powder Milk, dissolved in 1 cup of Water
1 whole Egg
4 whole Eggs, whisked and cooked
½ cup of Cheddar Cheese, grated
4 slices of Turkey, sliced
½ cup of Butter, thawed


To prepare the Dough:
1.Heat the oven at 180oC.
2.In a deep bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together, then add the cold butter, and break it down quickly with your hands (so it does not melt), in order to obtain butter pieces the size of peas covered in flour.
3.Add the milk and egg, and mix a little by hand until the dough is formed. Knead the dough over a floured surface from 10 to 15 times, adding a little flour if necessary.

To prepare the Egg Casserole:
1.Grease a rectangular baking tray with butter, then divide the dough into 14 balls; afterwards, roll out each ball with your hands in an oval shape, and open them crosswise with your hands from the middle like sandwiches.
2.Fill every dough piece with a spoon of whisked eggs, then a spoon of cheddar cheese, and then the turkey slices.
3.Grease every slice with butter from all edges, and then stack the slices in the tray in an adjacent manner, so that the sandwich’s open top is facing upwards.
4.Bake the sandwiches for 20 minutes and serve with Goody ketchup.

It is very important to have a cold butter cut into small pieces, so you do not have to knead a lot.

You can add corn and green onions or any ingredients you prefer to the filling.
