3 cups of White Flour, Sifted
3 Tbsps Baking Powder
2 tsps Salt
2 Tbsps White Sugar
1/3 cup of Butter, thawed
2 whole Eggs
7 Tbsps Velor Powder Milk, dissolved in 1 ½ cup of Water
Oil Sprayer or Vegetable Oil
1 cup of Cranberries
6 whole Eggs
5 Tbsps Velor Powder Milk, dissolved in 1 ½ cup of water
1 cup of Heavy Cream
½ cup of Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
½ cup of White Flour, sifted
¼ cup of Brown Sugar
½ tsp Cinnamon
¼ tsp Salt
¼ cup of Butter, cut at room temperature

1.To prepare the Pancake Dough:In a deep bowl, mix the dry ingredients first, then add the thawed butter, eggs, and milk, and mix well. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes before baking it.
2.In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the oil, and then add quarter of the mixture to the skillet. Leave it for 2-3 minutes until bubbles appear on the middle and sides of the pancakes’ surface; afterwards, flip it and leave it for 1-2 minutes until it turns golden. Repeat the process until the entire pancake dough amount ends.
3.To Prepare the Pancake Casserole:Cut the pancakes crosswise from the middle; then stack them in the tray, while having the flat surface facing downwards, and then spread the cranberries over them.
4.In a large bowl, mix the eggs, milk, cream, sugar and vanilla together, and then spread the mixture evenly over the pancakes.
5.Mix the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and butter, until the mixture becomes in the form of crumbs, and then spread it over the pancakes.
6.Refrigerate the tray for a night or at least a couple of hours.
7.Heat the oven at 180oC.
8.Take the tray out of the refrigerator and leave it to acquire the room temperature before placing it in the oven, and then bake for 50-60 minutes. Take it out and let it cool a little, and then garnish with pancake syrup and powdered sugar and serve.
