1 Tbsp Butter
8 whole Eggs, whisked
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
4 tsps Goody Chili Pepper
4 Corn Tortilla Rolls, tender
4 Sausages; cut in half
2 Avocado, sliced
1 cup of Cheddar Cheese
1 cup of Goody Whole Kernel Golden Corn
1 cup of Goody Mushrooms Pieces and Stems


  1. Heat the oven at a high temperature, then spread a parchment paper over the oven baking sheet. Set it aside.
  2. In a pot over medium heat, melt the butter and add the eggs, salt, pepper and chili pepper. Wait until the eggs are cooked; then set them aside.
  3. Roll out a tortilla roll; place the eggs and stack the sausages and avocado in a diagonal form. Add the cheddar cheese, corn and mushrooms. Lift the edge of the tortilla upward so that it will be on top of the filling, and then wrap it in a cylindrical form. Repeat the same method for the remaining tortilla rolls. Stack the tortilla rolls beside each other in the oven baking sheet, and bake for 12 to 15 minutes. Serve hot.
