Ingredients

1 can of Goody Mushrooms Pieces and Stems

1 can of Goody Whole Kernel Golden Corn

2 cups of Boiled Water

½ cup of Dried Tomatoes, chopped into small pieces

1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil

1 cup of Sausages (Hot Dog), cut into circles

1 whole Green Bell Pepper, diced

1 whole Red Bell Pepper, diced

8 whole large Eggs

4 Velor Powder Milk, dissolved into 1 cup of Water

1 cup of Fresh Basil Leaves, minced

2 loaves of Samoli Bread; cut into 2 cm cubes

2 cup of Mozzarella Cheese, grated

1 spoon of Vegetable Oil

Method

  1. Place the dried tomatoes in the boiled water and leave for 10 minutes; drain and set it aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a large non-stick pan over medium temperature. Fry the sausages for 6 minutes, and then add the red and green peppers, mushrooms and corn; cook the ingredients while stirring for 4 minutes, then take the mixture off the heat and add the dried tomatoes.
  3. Whisk the eggs, milk and basil in a medium-sized pot.
  4. Put the bread cubes in a large pot, then add the sausages mixture and a cup of mozzarella cheese and mix them together. Afterwards, pour the egg mixture over the bread mixture; stir the mixture until all the ingredients are incorporated. Sprinkle oil on a glass baking dish (preferably a dish with length 35 cm x 20 cm width x 5 cm depth); afterwards, pour the mixture in the dish, then cover it with a plastic wrap, and refrigerate it.
  5. On the next day, heat the oven at 180o Uncover the bread dish, and sprinkle the remaining cup of mozzarella cheese over the dish ingredients. Wrap the dish with tin foil and bake for 20 minutes; afterwards, remove the tin foil and continue to bake for an additional 15 minutes until it is cooked and turns golden… now serve the dish after it cools a bit.
