250gm filo pastry cut into 10X10cm squares
2 tbspa butter, melted plus more for brushing
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
1 can Velor Canned Cream, whipped
1 tsp rose water
1 can Goody Fruit Cocktail, drained
1.Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Prepare two cupcake tins by brushing them with butter
2.Mix the butter with the cinnamon in a small mixing bowl. Place one layer of filo pastry and brush it with butter mix. Continue the same process until you do 5 layers for each one. Put the tins in the oven for 15 minutes until it is golden in color. Set a side until it cools completely
3.Add the cream and rose water in a mixing bowl. Using the hand mixer, whip the cream until fluffy.
4.Just before serving, place the fruit cocktail in the baklava cups and add a spoon Velor cream on top and serve.
