½ pack of Goody Vermicelli Nest
3 Tbsps Butter
7 spoons of Velor Powder Milk, dissolved in 2 cups of Warm Water
1 ½ cup of Sugar
2 tsps Saffron
1 Tbsp Cardamom
- Melt the butter in a medium-sized deep pot over medium heat, then add the Vermicelli and leave it for 4 minutes; stirring constantly until it turns golden.
- Add milk and sugar to the mixture and stir; then leave it to boil over medium heat for 15 minutes; stirring every once in a while. Add the saffron and cardamom and leave the mixture for another 5 minutes. Place the Balaleet in the serving plate and serve hot.
Idea: You can garnish with cardamom and nuts.
