Three wonderful and varied layers for making the delicious Banoffee Pie; sprinkle with chocolate powder and serve.
1 cup of Biscuits, crumbled
½ cup of Butter, thawed
½ cup of Butter
½ cup of Brown Sugar, browned
2 cans of Velor Sweet Condensed Milk
4 whole Bananas, sliced
1 Goody Vanilla Top Whipping Cream for topping
- To prepare the first layer, place the crumbled biscuits and the butter in a bowl. Stir the mixture well and then put it in the spring pan.Leave the mixture to rest for 5 minutes.
- To prepare the second layer, melt the butter and sugar in a nonstick pan over low heat. Continue to stir the mixture until the sugar melts and then add the condensed milk. Let the mixture boil for a minute; stirring constantly. Take the mixture off the heat and place it over the first layer; let it cool for an hour.
- Take the pie out of the pan slowly and place it on the serving dish.
- Add the banana slices to the second layer .Prepare the cream layer according to the instructions mentioned on the pack and place it as the third layer of the pie.Garnish with chocolate powder and serve.
