First Layer:
2 spoons of Velor Canned Cream Plain  
3 pcks of Small-Sized Biscuits, crumbled
½ cup of Butter
Second Layer:
1 cup of Velor Powder Milk
1 can of Yogurt
¼ cup of Sugar
3 whole Creamy Cheese
Third Layer:
1 can of Velor Canned Cream Plain
¼ cup of Sugar
¼ cup of Sunflower Oil
1 Whole Egg
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Vanilla
½ cup of Semolina

For Garnish:
Goody Arabic Sweets’ Syrup
A dash of Pistachio Nuts for garnish


  1. Mix the first layer ingredients then place it in the cheesecake mold; bake in the oven until it thickens.
  2. Mix the second layer ingredients using the electric mixer on medium speed, add it to the first layer and then bake in the oven until it thickens.
  3. Mix the third layer ingredients and add it the other two layers. Bake in the oven until its top becomes golden. Afterwards, pour the syrup and garnish with the pistachio nuts.
