Beef and Pepper Ramen

½ kg of Beef Steak, cut into longitudinal strips
¼ cup of Corn Starch
¼ cup of Vegetable Oil
1 Medium Green Bell Pepper, cut lengthwise
1 pack of Goody Spaghetti, boiled according to the instructions on the package
3 Green Onions, minced
2 Tbsps Sesame Oil
¾ cup of Soy Sauce, Low Sodium
¼ cup of Brown Sugar
2 Goody Chicken Stock Cubes
1 ¼ cup of Water
4 Garlic Cloves, mashed
¼ tsp Red Pepper Flakes


1.In a small airtight bag, place the steak slices and add the corn starch; stir the ingredients well so that all the steak slices are fully covered with the starch.
2.In a large pot over low heat, heat the oil, then add the steak slices, stir until they are browned and then place them in a side dish. Afterwards, add the bell pepper pieces to the same pot and stir for a few minutes until they become tender, then put them in another dish.
3.In the same pot, add the sauce ingredients, and stir well until the mixture is incorporated.
4.Return the steak slices and bell pepper to the pot and then add the sauce and the spaghetti. Mix all the ingredients together, and then pour them into the serving dish. Garnish the top with green pepper and coriander, and serve.
