½  kilo minced meat

½  cup parsley, minced

2 medium onions, finely minced

4 garlic cloves, mashed

½  tsp salt

2 tsps black pepper, ground

2 tbsps olive oil

Tahini Sauce:

 ¼ cup of tahini

¼  cup of Goody white vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup of water


  1. Mix the minced meat with parsley, onions, garlic, salt and black pepper, divide them into balls then place them in an oven tray greased with olive oil, bake in the oven at 200o C for 30 minutes until they brown.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare the tahini sauce by mixing the tahini with the vinegar and salt in a glass bowl then gradually add the water until its thickness is reduced.Pour the tahini over the Koftas after it is done then place it again in the oven for 10 minutes.
  3. Place the Koftas in a serving dish, garnish with parsley and serve hot. You can serve them with Rice vermicelli.
