Half a pack of Goody Pasta Fusilli or Fettuccine, boiled
½ can of Goody Mushrooms Pieces and Stems
2 Tbsp Goody Mustard
6 Beef Fillets, cut into 1 cm thick slices
1 whole small Onion, cut into small cubes
1 tsp Garlic, ground
1 cup of Whipping Cream; cut in half
4 Tbsp Vegetable Oil + 2 Tbsp Butter
Salt and Black Pepper to Taste
1 Tbsp Parsley, for garnishing


1.Season the meat with black pepper and leave it aside.
2.Using a non-stick pan, heat 4 spoons of oil then add the steaks; leave them on the fire for 7 minutes for the first side and then another 7 minutes for the other side; afterwards, take the steaks out of the pan.
3.In the same pan using the same oil, add two spoons of butter; then add the onion pieces and stir for 2 – 3 minutes; afterwards, add the garlic then the mushrooms; stirring constantly until the onions are caramelized. Add the mustard, salt and black pepper and then add half the amount of the whipping cream. Take the mixture off the fire, place in a blender and grind well; afterwards, return the mixture to the pan; add the rest of the whipping cream; stir well until the mixture is incorporated; and then add the steaks and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes.
4.In the serving dish, add the Goody pasta then the beef stroganoff steaks and garnish with parsley.
5.Serve beside mashed potatoes and sautéed vegetables. 

•    The recipe must be served immediately after its preparation.
•    When you want to heat the dish, add ¼ cup of whipping cream for the beef stroganoff steaks.
•    To increase the number of people to serve 8 to 10 people; use 10 beef fillet steaks or 1 ½ kilogram of full cans of Goody mushrooms pieces and stems.
