1 Steak Slice
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsps Avocado Mixture
½ Small Onion, sliced
1 Radish, sliced
2 tsps Goody Corn
1 tsp Green Onion, cut into small pieces
Avocado Mixture:
2 Medium Avocados
1 small Lemon, squeezed
1 tsp Olive Oil
Dash of Salt and Black Pepper
Chili Green Pepper


1.Mash the avocados then add them to the remaining ingredients; mix well until you obtain a spreadable mixture.
2.Set the oven on the grill function at 180oC.
3.Season the steak slice with salt, black pepper and olive oil, and place it in the oven for 20 minutes. The steak slice can also be grilled in a grill pan over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side. Take it out of the heat and let it rest for a bit, and then cut it into small slices.
4.Over a soft piece of taco bread or a small tortilla, place the avocado mixture. Add the fried steak slices, onion, radish, corn and green onions.
5.Garnish your dish with chili green pepper and serve it to your family and guests.
