Ingredients

Dough:
1 cup of Velor Powder Milk
3 tbsp of Velor Powder Milk melted in a glass of warm cup of water
¼ cup of Warm Water
½ Tbsp Yeast
3 ½ cups of All-Purpose Flour
¾ cups of Unsalted Butter
2 Whole Eggs
¼ cup of Sugar
1 tsp Salt
Caramel Sauce Ingredients:
2 cups of Apple Juice
½ cup of Unsalted Butter, cut into cubes
3 spoons of Velor Canned Cream Plain
½ cups of Sugar
¼ cup of Brown Sugar
1 tsp Salt
¼ tsp Cinnamon, ground
For dipping 
1 ½ cups of Sugar
2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1 cup of Unsalted Butter, thawed
Garnish
1 cup of nuts, chopped
 

Method

1.How to prepare the dough:Mix the warm water with yeast using an electric mixer for a few minutes, until the yeast is dissolved in water; afterwards, add the remaining dough ingredients, blend them at a medium speed for 3 minutes until the dough is incorporated. Replace the normal blender with the one specialized for blending the dough; continue to blend from 6 to 8 minutes, until the dough becomes consistent and tender. Grease a bowl with little butter, then place the mixture; cover it well and refrigerate overnight.
2.How to prepare the cream caramel:Place the apple juice in a pot over medium heat; leave it to boil until the amount is reduced to half. Afterwards, add the butter cubes, cream, ½ cup of sugar, brown sugar, salt and ¼ tsp of cinnamon. Stir the mixture over the heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until it turns brown.
3.How to mix:Grease an oven tray size 25 cm with butter; place half of the caramel mixture in it.
4.Take the dough out of the refrigerator; knead the entire dough using your wrist, make 40 medium-sized balls from the dough.
5.Put the remaining 1 ½ cup of sugar with two teaspoons of cinnamon in a flat plate, and put the thawed butter in another plate.
6.Place the dough balls in the butter and put them in the cinnamon – sugar mix; drain half the balls in a baking sheet; add half the amount of the chopped nuts on top, and then add the remaining amount of the caramel mixture.
7.Add the remaining amount of dough balls and sprinkle the remaining amount of nuts on top; cover the baking sheet with a clean cloth and leave it for an hour until the dough balls swell up.
8.Heat the oven at a high temperature, and bake the dough balls from 45 to 50 minutes or until the top of the dough becomes golden.
9.Remove the sheet from the oven and leave it to cool for 10 minutes, flip it into the serving dish and serve it warm.
