1 onion, cut into thin half-circles and soaked in boiling water for ¼ hour
2 tsp sumac
½ can Goody beans
4 tbsp chopped parsley
1 potato diced and boiled
4 lettuce leaves
½ can Goody beets, cut into heart shape and keep the remaining parts for the sauce
The Sauce:
1 Cup yogurt
¼ tsp garlic, minced
1 tbsp Goody white vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Goody mayonnaise
Remaining amount of Goody beet


1.Drain onions from the hot water and add it to a bowl and sprinkle it with sumac, then add the beans, parsley and potatoes
2.In the presentation dish add 4 roughly chopped lettuce leaves and add the previous mixture
3.Mix the sauce ingredients in the food processor until smooth and add it to the salad
4.Arrange the heart shaped beets on top and serve it
