1 tbsp  of Yeast

1 tbsp Sugar

2 tbsp Velor Milk dissolved in 1/3 cup of Warm Water

2 cups of Flour

1 tsp Vanilla

Dash of Salt

2 tbsp Butter, thawed

3 Eggs at room temperature

1 tbsp of Goody White vinegar

½ cup of Rock Candy, crushed

  1. In a bowl, melt the yeast and sugar in the milk, and set it aside for 10 minutes until the yeast reacts.
  2. In another bowl, place the flour, vanilla, salt, yeast mixture, thawed butter eggs and vinegar; mix with a wooden spoon until you obtain a soft, homogenous and tender dough.Cover the dough with nylon paper, and leave it to ferment for an hour.Add the rock candy to the previous mixture after being fermented, and stir it lightly with a wooden spoon.
  3. Heat the waffle maker and sprinkle it with a little oil.Place an amount of the waffle dough using an ice-cream scoop, leave it to bake for 4 to 6 minutes or until it acquires a caramelized golden color; and then place it on a net to cool.Add peanut butter, pancake syrup and chocolate when serving.
